Cancellation Policy

-Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

-Missed Appointments

If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay 50% of the new appointment prior to booking again. 

-Late arrivals 

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
